Area:  Stewiacke Rd, West St Andrews, Colchester, NS

Additional Notes: Pepper slipped away at dusk on Oct 12, she is a runner,we have a tag with our phone #and address on her collar. We had no contact until Monday of this week, she was seen roaming and skittish in the elementary school area in Stewiacke. she was not wearing her collar.
she has a short black sleek coat, minimal white on chin and chest
