Update on Zac today Monday July 07th. Zac was not seen at all yesterday. Today at about 2:30 he was spotted in a back yard at a house at the start of the Scout Camp Road in Maitland. The lady got close to him and he walked off. She went to get him some food and water and he came back out and ate and drank. She said he seemed ok despite his continuing ordeal except for looking and acting really tired. After he ate he sat there a while as she called and talked to him. He then just walked off into the woods again. Thanks to the lady who gave him food and water. We searched the area for a couple of hours with no luck. We left more food and plan to take his blanket etc over now so he has some articles with sent on them.

Would like to report that Zac has been fond after a week of being on his own over on Mush-a-Mush Lake at a cottage, besides being tired and weight loss and full od wood ticks he seems happy to be home again. Thanks to everyone who helped us look over the past week and to Krista and her family who were finally able to catch him last night and keep him at their cottage !!! Thanks to the Lost Dog Network as well. Everyone should have this page liked as it helped us in getting our dog back. The lady yesterday saw his picture there and was able to contact us using information posted there.
