Additional Notes: Small white dog with short curly hair. Miniature poodle. Dark tear-stained eyes. VERY friendly so can be approached. He’s been missing since 7am this morning. He’s lost near the Halifax Armdale rotary off Bay Road. Please help us find him!!!!!
