Additional Notes: He is yellow labrador, well behaved, understand commands, very friendly and gentle. I found him around 3 pm today Sunday 11, 2014. Since I could not keep him at my home I call the Animal Control. He also have a mark of a old surgery in one of his leg, like a surgery to fix his leg.
