Alma

HAPPY ENDING: Home, Safe n’ Sound!! Yippee!! Alma is home, resting… she and her Mom are working on getting burrs out of her fur. Thanks to all the folks in the Industrial Park, including two Town Workers who helped catch Alma. Another thank you to the “stranger” that showed up every day to help search. And thank you to all who cared and shared. Just wonderful! (2.3.14 – 2.5.14)

Breed or Mix: Coton de Tulear

Sex: Female, Age: 4

Collar/Tags: Collar (unsure about tags)

Lost on: 02/03/2014

Area: King St., Near Fort Edward Hill St., Windsor, Hants, NS

Additional Notes: Alma is very timid, she was nervous of other dogs before and people she doesn’t know. After being attacked, I imagine it’s worse. She was last seen near the old vocational school on Wentworth Rd in Windsor.

Feb.5 4pm- I just walked the tracks from Garland’s Crossing to Sobeys, no sign of her. My husband drove around the mall, the old vocational school, through the exhibition grounds and the industrial park in behind. We had chicken nuggets in case we saw her. I feel so bad for her mom and family. If she is spotted – we have a large live trap ( the cage type ) that we can lend to catch her, call Janice & Dana
