I’m so glad that I came across this. I was the one that stopped to get Dixie out of the road on Millwood Dr, wrapping her in a dog blanket I had in the car. I was then helped by Debbie and Scott, the good samaritans that took her to the emergency. We exchanged numbers, so that we could update her status and I could post a picture on Facebook and kijiji. They phoned me back to say the vet had found her microchip, and would contact the owners. I hadn’t heard how she faired, so I am really glad to see this status! Dixie, I’m glad you are OK. Hope your 2014 keeps you safe and happy.
