Additional Notes: Brindle colour with tail intact. Obie is a very friendly and vivacious young dog however has been roaming for three weeks. I first saw him yesterday when I almost hit him with my car. He was seen running down the hill from Manor Park trailer park onto the 101 appeared to be frightened. Please call animal control if you see Obie.
