I saw a dog that looked exactly like this running on Dartmouth Road towards Burnside in the snow storm on Tuesday evening. I don’t know how he could have made it all the way from Truro unless somebody picked him up. The dog was on the other side of the road so I couldn’t cross the median to try and get him 🙁 Had the exact same colors, all white with black ears but wasn’t wearing a harness.
