Additional Notes: Toby was let out this am, forgetting it was the first day of hunting season, he took off. He is very fearful of loud noise (thunder, gun shots). He is black, about 80 lbs, Has a weak hind left leg so he walks with a noticeable limp. he has grey around the muzzle and feet and a white patch on his chest. he is a friendly dog, but when he is in his afraid state he likely wont approach and may run away.
