HAPPY ENDING: Home, Safe n’ Sound: Lost Dog: Thorncrest Court, Eastern Passage, Halifax Co., NS — Duck Toller, Female, 11 yrs — “Autumn”

HAPPY ENDING: Home, Safe n’ Sound!! Yippee!!! From the Owner: “Thank you for all your help! My beautiful Autumn had been found and is happily home resting!” WooWhooo… (8.10.13 – 8.12.13)

Breed or Mix: Duck Toller

Sex: Female, Age: 11 yrs

Collar/Tags: Old green rabies tag from Yarmouth

Lost on: 08/10/2013

Area: Thorncrest Court, Eastern Passage, Halifax, NS

Additional Notes: Autumn is a senior duck toller retriever, red and white with typical markings. She is sometimes very shy but likes people, she would be easy to approach unless she’s scared still. Someone in the Eastern Passage/Cow Bay area was using fireworks shortly before dusk and Autumn is very scared and runs. Usually she would hide in the woods and after prompting and promises of cookies she would soon appear, but this happened randomly for over an hour (fireworks) and she’s been missing over 12 hours. Her family are very concerned and missing her.
