From the Owner: “A lady found him on her way home from work last night shortly after he went missing and she took him in, bought him food and let him out in the yard. Additional Notes: He’s about 9 lbs and quite small for a shihtzu. He doesn’t really bark at all and is very friendly. He has white and light brownish beige fur that has recently been cut. He’s male and has not been fixed.
