Additional Notes: Dog is friendly and answers to the name of Buddy. MALE: Lemon Beagle, 4 years old, collar with tag and telephone number. NAME: Buddy He went missing on March 12.13.

    Did Buddy have a tattoo in his ear, also is he intact?

    We were not given any other details that would indicate that he had a tattoo or was unaltered.
