Additional Notes: LINGAN RD ., in and around the are of the RADAR BASE. I followed the little tracks and they seem to be mainly up and down the drains.. This is a very small dog who had prints smaller than my dog who is 12 lbs.. This dog has been sighted for a couple of days now and may have been with another dog, with a similar description, that was picked up 2 days ago by someone my friend knows….
