Additional Notes: Sam is partially blind and has easily recognizable cataracts on both eyes that appear white. He is very friendly and will respond to anyone calling his name. He is on daily insulin injections.

i just received the following on my face book….Alright everyone… we need your help!
This dog who we have named “Bear” was picked up by animal control and he is micro-chipped. His microchip reads that he belongs to someone by the name of Jason Taylor. If anyone knows who owns this dog, please let us know! Bear didn’t have a collar on when he came in. He is approx. 9 years old and walks with a limp.
