Additional Notes: Blizzard got loose Wednesday Nov 28th around 4:30pm in Portland Estates. Blizzard is a wonderful senior dog, who is deaf and is unable to hear his name. Blizzard is extremely kind and gentle and approachable. Thank you vey much
