Collar/Tags/Chip:  No Collar, Tattooed

Found on:  Nov. 25, 2012

Area:  Ravenwood Subdivision, Kingston, Kings County, NS

Additional Info:  MALE: Chocolate Lab, not wearing a collar, neutered, with tattoo. Found roaming Nov.25/12 in the evening.

    If the dog has a tattoo, that should tell you who he belongs to.

      Tattoos aren’t as easy to follow as you may think. The best form of identification these days is a microchip in combination with tags. Thanks!

    There are not too many breeders in Nova Scotia who tattoo their dogs. I can check with my breeder to see if she can shed some light on how to trace the tattoo ID #.

    Where is the dog now? Is it being placed in a Foster Home for the time being?
