Additional Info: FOUND DOG: Halifax/Terminal Road by the Westin Hotel/ Halifax County MALE: Labrador Retriever, black, appears to be young, wearing a brown leather collar, no tags, chipped – but info did not come up. Found Sept.8/12 at 9:45 am.
