Additional Info: Just wanted to let you know about a roaming dog seen, and tried to catch, on Hwy 236 near Princeport Road on the way to Truro. Several people tried, unfortunately unsucessfully, to get ahold of him. He’s a mixed breed, black with fawn markings on legs and face. Male, about 35lbs? (thin) with very itchy skin. Wearing a red collar.
