The Dartmouth city pound has a female shepard mix there right now. Not sure if it’s her, because the pound pic shows her having hardly any fur left. You never know.

The dog that was found has ears that hang low, close to the head. Mya has typical upright, pointy Shepherd ears. Thank you for taking the time to search for this dogs owner.
