I believe I seen this same dog near the Needs store in Kentville around 8:30pm on Wednesday Jan 25th… he crossed the street, greeted my dogs, and went back across the street, I tried to go up to him to get a number off his tags, but could not. last I seen him he was doing far down Brook Street/Avenue.
