Additional Notes: FOUND DOG: Sydney Mines/ Main St. by the Esso/ Cape Breton FEMALE: Rottweiler (mix?) wearing a bright pink halter with multiple ties out lines that appear to be broken, VERY friendly, gentle, obedient.
