Area: Glendale Ave at Riverside Dr(to Lennox Dr), Lower Sackville, Halifax, NS

Additional Notes: This was a sighting around 11:30pm. The dog in the picture is not the dog spotted, but rather the closest looking photo I could find online. The dog I saw had shorter hair then the photo, but still shaggy. I could not get close enough to read/see any tags.
