HAPPY ENDING: Home, Safe n’ Sound! Yeah!! From his new friend: “His owner contacted me.  He is home :)” Fantastic news. So glad this sweety was kept safe and now has gotten back home to his family. Additional Notes: This little dog, Tia,is lost in the North Alton area. She bolted from me and is likely hiding somewhere because she is scared and unfamiliar with her surroundings or the people in it (brought her home for the first time yesterday). She has been gone since yesterday and was last seen on Regent Street in North Alton.
