Additional Notes: Mostly black and some brown on body, his legs and feet are brindle, he is overweight. Am visiting from Truro and he took off from my son in law while here. He is skittish and nervous of men.

Yeah!! From Harley’s new Friends: “He is home safe now!” Thanks to all those that reported sightings, confirmed a dog was missing in the area and alerted the owners, and to those that got Harley to safety and back home. Thanks to all those that cared and shared. Yippee!! (5.21.16 – 5.22.16)

Sighted on: 05/21/2016 about 10:45 p.m.

Area: Martins River, Lunenburg Co., NS

Additional Notes: Witness: “Just leaving Bridgewater tonight about 1045pm we spotted a small dog (alive) on the pavement on the side of the hwy. It was on the side of the hill just before mile marker 222 and the Martin’s river. It looked like a small weiner type dog. We stopped and went back but could not see it anywhere.” We talked to the campground owners and there is a small dog of this description missing in the area, not from the campground. Until we hear from the owners, we are posting this sighting in case anyone else has further information.

Additional Notes: Small black dog loose around the Portland Estates Intersection ~ Looks like a wiener dog but not 100%. He was wondering down towards Portland St. Superstore when first spotted. When I turned around he made his way across the street (phew!) and was on the hill leading to Spring Ave. When I stopped to try and get him, he ran away. He does have a collar and tags ~ just couldn’t get close enough to read them or catch him. Please keep your eyes open.

Additional Notes: Golden color with white spot under chest. Medium length, soft hair. Floppy ears. Looks to be well taken care of as nails are cut and his hair is well groomed although it appears he does have fleas. Was found roaming around the houses near Waterville post office. Very friendly and walks well on leash. Found at around 430 on August 30, 2014.

Additional Notes: This dog has been groomed fairly recently. Excellent temperment, use to riding in a car. Well behaved with other dogs, growls a little at the cats but not overly aggressive. He was found on the road behaving in a very agigitated state and very scared. He was brought to our home, as the lady who found him thought he might be one of ours. He is a handsome fellow with lighter white on his head and golden tones toward rear. About 20 lbs, short legs, compact body.
