Additional Notes: BLK LAB Found on HWY 102 between Elmsdale and Enfield around 1030 am – June 4. Hants County Animal Control has been called.

Additional Notes: Cosmo was outside in the yard and took off when thunder struck. He is likely still in the neighbourhood. He is super friendly and quite large/tall in stature.
