He has sore hips, and is likely not moving very quickly. Very friendly, will respond to his name. May bark at strange men or dogs, but is not aggressive, and should relax if you call his name. He is wearing a Halloween collar. He has long thick fur and is Black and Tan, with lots of grey around his face.
