HAPPY ENDING: Home, Safe n’ Sound! Yeah! Beans is in her Mom’s arms now…safe at last. We thank her owners for doing everything right to get Beans home…here is what happened thanks to a reported sighting: “I approached her low to the ground and she still ran!! We thought she was gone again then we walked around the area, really quiet and she was in the rocks down the wharf barking and growling… I crawled in between the rocks and sat there and talked to her and sang to her until she stopped barking and finally peaked her head out – she started crying and crawled out of the rocks.” This worked because she couldn’t run, she was trapped between the cold winter water and her Mom. She wasn’t pushed by trying to grab her, but instead was patiently lured out. WELL DONE!!! We wish Beans a good checkup and full recovery from her long ordeal. Thanks to all who reported sightings and cared and shared her info… Yippee!! (12.23.16 – 1.7.17)

Additional Notes: Tia went out to pee a little before 5 and then hadnt come back by the time i had to take the girls to their Christmas concert.
She hasn’t been home since i got back either.
She’s just freshly off her leash from a 5 week tendon injury and could maybe have had a problem with her front left leg again while out and about.
She has a brown harness on.
Maybe im being hasty posting anything, but she doesnt like the cold and considers herself an inside dog by all rights.
She’s a mid sized dog, loves people, but does jump up and use her paws alot if you see her.
She has brown and black speckling/spots on her chest and neck.
