HAPPY ENDING: Home, Safe n’ Sound! Yeah!! “Owner Found!!!” Fantastic news from the Tantallon Vet’s. Thanks so much to the good samariton who got this dog to safety. This was a quick one and did not get posted to our Facebook page as the owner was found so quickly. YIPPEE!! (7.15.18 – 7.15.18)

Came right too me, not skittish. Well cared for. No id on dog…No chip either. Scanned at and left in the custody of Tantallon Veterinary Hospital.

Thrilled that he was found! “After 6 days out in the woods, Inu showed up sitting in the crate (full of my stinky socks and by other dogs blanket to attract him to the scent), we left in the woods near where he went missing. He is very bug bitten and thin but in good spirits. Thank you to everyone who called and left food out in the woods for him and a big thanks to the NS Lost Dog Network” (7.8.18 – 7.13.18)

Area: Caribou River, Pictou, NS

Additional Notes: These two hot dogs were found wandering alone on the beach in the MacKays Cottage area of Caribou River. One Yellow Lab and one Chocolate Lab, both very thirsty but also very sweet and well behaved dogs. Apparently they were seen roaming this afternoon as well. Thank you to the finder for keeping them safe for the night.
