Additional Notes: FOUND: dog on Bishop Ave, New Minas. Has been seen running around Minas Heights Subdivision for a few weeks. He finally came to us to investigate our dog. Called Animal Control to come get him, he is pretty thin and hungry. Has Cape Breton dog tags. Very friendly and likes other dogs. Staying over night with my family until Animal Control can find his family.

He will bark at men but after smelling around them he will come just don’t chase him. He has a curly tail and double claws on his back feet. Area: Found in Waterstone neighbourhood in Hammonds Plains, Hammonds Plains, Nova Scotia, NS

Additional Notes: This dog was found around 4:30 pm in my yard today (Nov. 12th, 2012).  He is very friendly and well -behaved. He’s wearing a collar but no tag and I do not recognize him from my neighbourhood.  He looks to have been groomed recently as he has short fur that is dark grey with light grey patches. He has a long tail and appears to be a schnauzer mix. He is an adult dog (possibly senior??) but does not have any injuries from being out.

Additional Notes: Angus is a yellow lab. The backs of his legs are somewhat lighter in color. He’s very friendly. He’s an indoor dog so he has no road smarts at all. He was taken out this morning for a pee and when we came back in the door did not latch. He got out sometime between 10 or 11 a.m.
