Additional Notes: Riker is a very timid but excitable dog but has absolutely no signs of aggression. He is scared of cars and may struggle if someone catching him attempts to put him in their vehicle. He is never, ever allowed off leash but he escaped when his tie-out line’s clasp became frozen in a partially open position and he bolted. He will run the other way if you move towards him and he is loose.
