Wearing a collar no visible tag. April 8/12. “He appears to have had a broken leg that healed badly as his foot stuck out to the side and he was limping. Found him wondering down Merrimac In Cole Harbour. Opened my door to check on him and he jumped in my car. gives lots of kisses. If he is yours, the city now has him and is trying to contact you.
