Additional Info:  FOUND DOG: Dartmouth/ Waverly Road – Subway/ HRM MALE: Wheaten Terrier. April 19/12 – noon. “He was running around the parking lot, back and forth, crossed the street and was weary of the strangers who were trying to pet him (he seemed freaked out and didnt know what to do). I leashed him and put him in my car and proceeded to drive around the area and went door to door for over an hour asking if anyone knew who he was. No luck.” This dog is now safe at Homeward Bound City Pound thanks to Aimee for keeping him out of harms way. From the Owner: “Hey, a big thanks to you all for looking, helping and caring 🙂 He was wandering around for a few hours and then had been in a yard nearby..it was actually the vet who called us, not animal control. I missed half the details when I got the call as I was pretty darn excited! I had called all the Truro vets earlier as per JanetC’s suggestion (thanks so much!). He has quite a limp now but I am sure it will heal in time…just nice to have him back. Can’t believe how many neighbours helped look…many dog lovers. Thank you all :)”  (4.19.12 – 4.19.12)

My father and I walked the train tracks calling to her and roughly 20 minutes later i got a call from our automotive shop, i guess she was hiding somewhere there and came out when she heard us calling, then one of the employees spotted her and was able to retrieve her.
