HAPPY ENDING: Home safe n’ sound: Here is what we received from the owners:

“I have excellent news. Arwyn has been found. Arwyn came home last evening from the vets. She is doing fine although very tired and slightly dehydrated. She did test positive for Lyme disease and is slightly anemic which they will be following up on. She is on antibiotics and some easy to digest dog food.I received the call yesterday morning around 8:30 from Fall River Vet as the rabies collar had their number. Her name tag had fallen off. A women in Amherst Head around 16 km away had found her on her door step.”

Yippee!!  We are so happy to hear Arwyn is home and want to thank everyone that helped by spreading the news.  We are noticing a trend where dogs lost in the woods tend to come out after 5 or 6 days… once the fear subsides, and the hunger takes over.  Thanks everyone!!

MISSING FROM:the Three Mile Plains area just outside of Windsor
He has one blue eye and one brown eye. He has a scar on the top of his nose that is red. He has a green John Deere collar on with a blue tag on it with his name on it. On the other side there is 2 numbers that are not current. But the numbers that you can contact is 472-2877 or 877-0305. And ask for either Allison or Wayne. He has been gone since Friday June 17th. PLEASE HELP US TO BRING ROCKY HOME!

Around 4:30pm (Saturday June18, 2011) on Princess Margret Blvd I spotted a white and brown Chihuahua running along the sidewalk near the self storage place.  I stopped to try and catch him since no one was anywhere near the area at the time.  He/she was timid and just ran along away from me and headed towards the 111/bridge ramp exits. Didn’t appear to be wearing a collar either.  I hope he/she finds their way home soon.  🙁

One is black her name is Bella, 2 years old, she has a white spot on her chest, not wearing a collar, and has a little bald spot on her head. The other one is white/tan in color, her name is Whistle she is 1 year old, she has a pink collar on, and has black spots on her tongue. They’re the same size, medium. They’re most likely together.
