Other people in the area have seen it roaming around today, and some say they seen it last night on Bluff Road. Because chains and leash are still attached, it looks like he must have been tied up and got himself free.

Huge thanks to the kind person that picked them up last night and had them checked over at the emergency vets in Halifax. They were safe over night and probably had a fun sleepover.
