Additional Info: There were three dogs, black med -lg breed , long coat ( maybe poodle / spaniel) with red collars wondering on Black River Road in White Rock/ Kings County. All three have quills in their mouths and nose and run when are approached. One of them is hiding in the bush and crying. Additional Notes: This puppy was found in the Anti Dam area yesterday. She was found with a leash attached to her collar. She is very friendly and gets along well with other dogs. She hasn’t been missing long because she is not that thin. She was found in a area where there was no camps or houses.
