He may have been thought to be a lost dog or perhaps was injured as a neighbour witnessed unknown persons and vehicle putting a black dog in their vehicle. Additional Notes: This afternoon a very friendly young male black lab appeared at our property on Sandy Cove (Marriott Cove area just outside Chester). The dog is neutered, fairly young and appears to be well loved. We unsuccessfully tried to find his owner and had to call the Chester Animal Control.
