Additional Notes: She/He headed down Jessica Lynn Drive. Has collar and tags but wouldn’t let me approach. However he stopped in the middle of the road in front of my car and stayed there. He looks healthy and fine but is very dirty. I do not recognize this dog from the area. Sighted at 4pm.
