Additional Notes: Oakley is a lighter coloured long-haired golden. His nose is mostly pink, and he has brown eyes. He is very friendly but can be quite timid as well and takes caution when meeting new dogs. He doesn’t normally bark, and is very mellow when in the home, tending to choose a quiet spot to relax away from the noise – that being said he is very scared of loud noises! He has had an identifying microchip put in, so if you take him to the vet they should be able to confirm it is him! At the time he was lost he was quite sick as he had an infected rash around his groin area (he is neutered). The skin appears raw and is warm to the touch and the fur in this area has been cut shorter.

Additional Notes: We saw this dog going full tilt down the center line ahead of us, that was around 10:30 this morning. When we pulled over she was very curious and hopped right in the car. We went to the local vet to have her scanned for a chip. We then called animal control who came and picked her up. As far as I know she is still with animal control and I was told that they did not report dogs to you.

Additional Notes: Dog approached me and my dog as we were walking on Kali Lane, Elmsdale this morning. He did follow us home, but darted away and back several times. He seemed happy to be out and about, but not street smart. Almost got hit by cars on Hwy 2. He is safe with Animal Control now.
