Additional Notes: FOUND this dog on Old Lawrencetown Road just down from Auburn High School in Cole Harbour. Dog is sheepdog breed, female, large, very friendly and sweet. Were able to leash her and walked her around neighbourhood to see if anyone was looking for her. Animal Control was contacted and dog is there waiting for owner to claim her. Call 311.

Yippee!!  This pooch was again sighted and caught by some great folks who turned her over to Animal Control where he would be safe.  The owners did show up looking for their dog and hopefully went on to pick him up at AC.  Just so happy he’s safe. HAPPY ENDING: Home, Safe n’ Sound!! Yippee!! It was reported on our Facebook page: “She is at Homeward bound City pound. She was found around 4am by a cab driver and brought to the Emergency clinic.”  And from the friend of the owner: “Thank you all so much for sharing and for caring so much for a dog you’ve never met! This is an amazing service, it’s very comforting to know there are so many people out there keeping an eye out for our fur babies! ” Yeah!! (3.10.13 – 3.11.13)
