RAINBOW BRIDGE: Passed Away: From the Owners: “Sad news! We just got a call from Animal Control. Ben was found on the railway tracks behind Farmer Clems on the Bedford Highway. He probably got hit by a train. Hard to tell how long he had been there. They will take him to Peaceful Acres pet cemetery in the Valley. We will miss him greatly and hope that he didn’t suffer for long.” Our deepest, heartfelt sympathies go out to Ben’s family. May his memories bring smiles and warm feelings in time. (4.16.13 – 5.31.13)

Additional Notes: Black and tan in colour, quite nervous so may not come to you willingly. Ben broke his leash but was wearing a blue collar and blue harness when he ran away.

Additional Notes: She left the backyard under the fence this am. She may appear to be unfriendly, but she is a very nervous dog and if you say her name before approaching her, she should calm down. She has the beagle 3 colored coat, brown, black and white and has a very short, straight haired coat. She has a micro-chip and should also be wearing her collar with tags.

Additional Notes: This dog was found, and he’s old, quite round, sweet as can be. I’m only a kid, but I found him all by himself, walked him to my house and gave him some water and peanut butter. He’s got thin short hair, and he’s got some brown under the black top coat. Y

Additional Notes: Brown, black and white, about 18-20 inches at the shoulder, hair is mixed lengths. The dog was found running loose from Cranston Avenue-Ben View-Lorne-Ben View to Cranston about 10:45 to 11:30 this a.m. It has been captured, dried off, and kept safe pending pick up by Animal Control this afternoon.
