Additional Notes: Vander is a very friendly brown, 3-legged mixed breed male. Missing right front leg. Not wearing a collar as he seldom leaves the yard since his amputation 2 years ago. Everyone in our small community is familiar with him so it is unusual that there hasn’t been any sighting of him. Uncharacteristic of him to be missing this long.
