He may be old but has the energy of a puppy, he is very hyper. He is very friendly. He is most likely very hungry. He has white hair around his face. He has been out in very heavy rain so his fur may be very muddy and knotted. He will respond to the name Viper and most likely the word treat (lol). He could have traveled quite a distance.
