Additional Notes: This dog has been seen roaming the area between Burkes Rd. and Gillis Rd. on the New Waterford Highway. He’s been around sporadically and I believe he lives in the area but has spent the last three days and nights living around or on our property. He’s almost been hit by a car a few times and tried to start a fight with a fox, recently.

Additional Notes: Two friendly Pomeranians were found running down Forrest Street, Sydney Mines, Cape Breton around 3:45 pm today.

One is a female of approximately 8 years of age. She is mostly blonde with dark markings. The male is red fawn with dark markings and is around 5 years of age.

They were taken to Northside Animal Hospital and checked for microchips, but neither dog has one nor were they wearing any collars.

The dogs appear to be in good condition and well-cared for.

Please contact the SPCA, Northside Animal Hospital, or Debbie for more information.

If the owners are not found by the morning, they will be transferred to the care of the SPCA.
