Cars were having to stop in the road not to hit him – not sign of owner nobody knew who owned him – frightened and thirsty – collar was too loose – aside from being terrified the dog was friendly – nails too long – afraid in the car – he is now at the Cape Breton SPCA – he clung to me like he was in huge need of love – poor boy
