Additional Notes: Hey there. I just spotted a black and white mixed breed dog walking down the shoulder of highway 104 just outside Bayfield/ Heatherton area. I slowed down to try to get him/ her but he/she ran towards the woods. Dog looked happy as could be walking down the highway dragging a blue leash behind him/her. Someone is going to be searching.
