Additional Notes: FEMALE: Jack Russell Terrier mix, approx. 4 years old, 40 lbs., wearing a red harness, and grey collar. NAME: Roxy She is new to rescue and does NOT know the area. Do NOT yell, Do NOT Chase. She went missing on Sept. 4/18.
