Additional Notes: NOTE: NOT FROM AREA. MALE: Labrador Retriever, 2 years old, blond coat, not wearing a collar. NAME: Ottis FEMALE: Labrador Retriever, 4 years old, black coat, not wearing a collar. NAME: Miss Kaye Both went missing on Feb.23/18.

    Found Miss Kay. But not her brother Otis is still lost.
