Additional Notes: Milou is all white with some dark colouring around his eyes and mouth. He is fluffy but with the rain probably looks scruffier. He is in good health, very sociable and loves people. He is microchipped and became lost in a manner of seconds from the parking lot at his home. He never wanders off like this but is very trusting of people, so we hope someone took him in for the night.
