HAPPY ENDING: Home, Safe n’ Sound! Yeah!! We thank all that cared and shared again. We thank everyone that alerted us to his finders post. All is good. Bruno is back where he is loved. Pawsome! (4.1.17 – 4.9.17)

Breed or Mix: Shepherd/Beagle mix

Sex: Male, Age: 11 yrs

Collar/Tags: Green plastic e-collar and red collar with bell

Lost on: 04/01/2017

Area: Ardoise, Hants Co., NS

Additional Notes: Bruno is lame from injury to right shoulder, is about 60 lbs, very friendly. Is microchipped. Went missing during walk mid-afternoon April 1st in woods behind our house in Ardoise, presumably following a scent.

    I just examined the map, and recall hearing barking behind our place yesterday. There are no houses back there. Even though it was off in the distance, it is still not a normal sound from that direction. We are at 1100 Hwy 14, with the Old Trunk 14 running behind and parallel to us. May be worth a drive down the Old Trunk 14, off the South Rawdon Road, turn left just past Country Store. Need 4 wheel drive though. Not that far for a dog to travel in that many days.
