Additional Notes: White and grey shaggy-haired Shih tzu, around 10lbs, grey ears, white-haired body and grey tail. Has a brown collar with little silver dogs on it and a mixed coloured striped bandana. Very friendly. Mobility issues and size may be the result of roaming. Found on Little Harbour Rd between Dover St and Shelburne St.
